What's your favorite film to shoot with? B&W and color...

I really like the look of some of the Fuji Velvia stuff I've seen.
But I haven't shot any film in a few years and I've never shot much of anything outside of popular Kodak stocks you'd develop at a 1hr photo joint. I want to experiment with some other stuff.

black n white I have like three rolls of tmax, but i have only been buying ilford when i buy BW film.

as for color; c41 i shoot pretty much anything kodak(portra, ektar). and for slide i would love to shoot provia, and do on occasion, but i have like 8 rolls of expired e100.

From what I've shot(which is like not many kinds), Fuji Pro 160C. Black and White, Ilford Delta 400. I need to try some more kinds of film.

as for color, (negative film) kodak portra 160nc is awesome, but that is really expensive film-

provia

i've seen some really nice super colorful shots with kodak e100vs too

i'll also admit i tried all of these films because they were popular of skateperception a few years ago. but i guess trends usually come with reason
Mikon
160nc for sure
Chrisfoto
i hate shooting color with my 35mm
actually i kind of dislike the whole 35mm shooting experience

but i can shoot lots of b&w for cheap and print in the darkroom, so that makes up for it

ilford all day though
