yea if its his photo, he has every right to it. if it was being used on a non-profit site i guess it wouldn't matter but if the photo is drawing people's attention onto a site which is creating revenue for an individual then he has every right to be paid for unless he gave out permission to who ever runs the come up to use it, simple as that.

I hate the come up boards. Everyone one on there hates everything. Its like people forget that you ride a bike for fun. I agree with Erik 100%. It makes no sense that someone can be such a douche to everyone yet companies throw money at him.
